This summer Comic-Con is gonna be legen...wait for it...dary! For the first time ever, the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother is headed to the annual convention.

All five of the show's stars (Josh Radnor, Cobie Smulders, Alyson Hannigan, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris) will be on hand, plus the top three executive producers Craig Thomas, Carter Bays and Pamela Fryman. They will show up to preview the comedy's upcoming final season on Saturday, July 20.

Many of the HIMYM cast members are no strangers to Comic-Con. Hannigan was on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Harris is from Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-Long Blog and Smulders was in The Avengers. In other words, all three of them are connected to Comic-Con King Joss Whedon.

Aside from How I Met Your Mother, a number of other shows have been announced for the 2013 San Diego Comic-Con, which will run from Thursday, July 18-Sunday, July 21.
