Cosmo Kramer is played by Michael Richards in the television series
Seinfeld. Kramer is the wacky neighbor of Jerry Seinfeld and the only one without any visible means of support. His personality is exemplified by his style, which is composed of his bouffant hairstyle and vintage wardrobe. He is honest to the point of tactless, and can sometimes be very contradicting in terms of behavior. Seinfeld's apartment is Kramer's second home.
