Bokeem Woodbine is an American television and film actor born on April 13, 1973 in Harlem, New York. He attended the LaGuardia High School of Music and Art, as well as the Dalton School in New York. Bokeem Woodbine would later work on a number of films and television series, among them The X Files, The Sopranos, City of Angels, CSI: Miami, Blade: The Series, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and The Last Sentinel. Bokeem Woodbine also appeared in the music video “I Ain’t Mad Atcha” by late rapper Tupac Shakur. Aside from his acting career, he also practices kung fu, composes songs and plays the guitar.

Bokeem Woodbine is set to play an as-yet unnamed prison inmate in TNT’s upcoming TV crime drama Saving Grace. His character is said to figure heavily into Grace’s ongoing quest for redemption.
