Tiffani Thiessen


American film and television actress Tiffani Thiessen was born on January 23, 1974 in Long Beach, California. The daughter of a park designer, she has Welsh, Greek, German, and Turkish ancestry, and considers her family members her role models. When she was younger, she competed in a number of beauty pageants, and won the Miss Junior America pageant at one point. She went on to appear in a number of television productions, among them Saved by the Bell and its spin-offs, Beverly Hills 90210, Two Guys and a Girl, and Good Morning, Miami. She has also appeared in films such as The Ladies Man and Woody Allen's Hollywood Ending. Aside from her acting career, Thiessen also serves on the National Advisory Council for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Kelly Kapowski is played by Tiffani Thiessen in the NBC television comedy series Saved by the Bell. She is the most popular girl at school and the captain of the volleyball team, as well as one of Zack's best friends and his love interest. A.C. and Zack compete for her affection for some time, though she eventually grows closer to Zack. She also attends California University later on with her friends, engaging in a brief affair with her Anthropology professor. She eventually marries Zack in Las Vegas.
