As we've seen on Run's House, Angela Simmons and Vanessa Simmons are both hard at work on their careers. Vanessa's been acting on Guiding Light, while Angela has her magazine work. Together, they have been building their Pastry shoe brand.

The two have noted in the past that they hope to expand the line beyond just the athletic shows, and a recent update from the girls on their Pastry blog indicates that should be forthcoming soon.

Vanessa recently posted a new entry on their blog and said, “We have just been really busy putting the finishing touches on the new clothes and accessories for Pastry, I just KNOW you all are going to LOVE it, or at least I hope so! We just finished a photoshoot for all the new things, and it will be up on the site this week, make sure and check it out!”

The entry was dated November 6, but as of now, it does not appear that the results of the photo shoot have yet been updated, so fans of the Run's House girls should continue to check back.

Earlier this year, Vanessa recounted a story about the thrill of seeing her shoes on someone for the first time. “Today I had a moment to relax from what has been a very busy schedule. I just came out of this store picking up a few things. The sun was shining and there was a gentle breeze that kept the heat at bay. Just a beautiful day! How could it get any better? Suddenly I dropped a quarter as I was putting my change in my pocket. As I bent down to pick it up, I saw someone walk by in a pair of our Fab Cookie sneakers! It was great seeing someone supporting us and sporting our shoes.”
