In addition to causing
The New Adventures of Old Christine to be pushed to midseason,
Rules of Engagement tries to spice things up this year with a recurring role for
Melrose Place siren Heather Locklear. The actress was linked to Spade in several tabloids, and the two will likely have some heated interactions on screen as well.
Rules of Engagement finishes up CBS' two-hour block of multi-camera sitcoms on Monday nights.
