It looks as though the host of
Rock of Love: Charm School needs to get in class too. Los Angeles police are deep in investigation these days, focusing on the alleged battery incident on the VH1 series. On last Saturday's reunion special, Sharon Osbourne reportedly got involved in a fight with contestant
Megan Hauserman. She was accused of running across the stage, grabbing Hauserman and pulling her by the hair until security intervened.
On Sunday afternoon, Megan went to the hospital and filed a report with the LAPD that night, with her arm in a sling. She claimed that the whole thing took off when Sharon verbally assaulted her and she retorted. During the reunion, Megan said that the host was only famous for managing a “brain-dead rock star.” Sharon wasn't able to keep her emotions in check, especially since the statement targeted her husband, Ozzy Osbourne.
LAPD spokesperson Kate Lopez stated on Monday morning, “We can't verify Osbourne's involvement. An investigative report was taken, and detectives will do interviews to determine if charges should be filed.” However, Sharon Osbourne remains to be a suspect in minor battery.
Though calls have been made to Osbourne and VH1, barely any were returned. One of her reps, Nicole Pernia, was asked if she planned to comment on the incident. The only reply she made was “We do not.”
Even if she was charged with taming 14 contestants on
Rock of Love: Charm School, Sharon Osbourne has been known for some pretty wild stunts over the years. Meanwhile, Megan Hauserman has practically been dominating the reality TV circuit. She won
Beauty and the Geek, was a contestant on
Rock of Love 2 with Bret Michaels and appeared on
I Love Money.
After being eliminated on
Rock of Love: Charm School, Megan went on to work on her own reality show,
Trophy Wife. Her time with Sharon Osbourne was short, as she only lasted until the fourth episode of the etiquette-based series. In an odd twist of irony, Megan was actually sent home for kicking a fellow contestant. What's more, Sharon's last words to her then were “The one thing I cannot stand is violence.”
