celebrated his 45th birthday in true rock and roll style. The infamous Poison front man turned reality TV star of Rock of Love
partied in front of 1,500 rabid fans at the Kewadin Casino in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan last Saturday and continued the merriment after the concert with a meet and greet, where he was hugged, kissed and was given the opportunity to sign all kinds of interesting things.
Although Michaels' birthday fell on March 15, he kicked off his early birthday bash on March 13 during his concert at Sweet Caroline's in Winchester, Virginia where he had a special intimate but sold-out gig. Then the festivities rolled on at Al Rosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio, which was also successfully sold out.
"The entire show is sold out," Big John, who also appears on Rock of Love 2
, said of Michaels' concert. "Just look for a rockin' show because no matter what Bret sings to whether you're in the front row or back row. You're going to walk away thinking that he sang to you."
During his birthday concert, Michaels performed some of his new hits and some of the classic songs from his band Poison. Some of the big crowd pleasers included "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and "Talk Dirty To Me."
Bret Michaels' next stop will be at Meridian in Houston, Texas on March 29, at Bike Week in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 3 and at DreamCatcher At Viejas in Alpine, California on April 4.
Meanwhile, fans can catch Bret Michaels on Rock of Love
, a reality dating series that follows Michaels as he attempts to find love the second time around. So far, there are five remaining girls left vying for Michaels' heart. Find out who will be eliminated next on Sunday at 9pm on VH1.
