Peyton Turner may not have established a romantic chemistry with Poison lead singer Bret Michaels as she was axed during week 7 of the reality dating show Rock of Love 2.  Nevertheless, the 38-year-old singer/songwriter from Danville, Virginia has made some other kind of connection with the rock star.

In an interview with, Peyton Turner shared some of her experiences during her stint on Rock of Love and her relationship with Michaels and the other girls as well.

As an artist who is also a fan of Bret Michaels, Turner has prioritized her love for music above anything else.  That's why when she got eliminated from the show, she didn't really dwell much on her loss.  Now, she reminisces on her most memorable time in on the show and even looks forward to continue her friendship with Michaels.

“I would have to say my favorite time in the house was getting to play music with Bret.  We just had this great connection as musicians,” Turner told “I am hoping we can be friends, even though there wasn't a love connection we both thought of each other as pretty cool.”

Being on the show was quite tough for Turner since she wasn't used to dealing with so many people in one rood and didn't even share her room with other girls while she was growing up. Moreover, she had to endure all the drama that goes on in a reality series, not to mention the fact that she had to deal with girls like former Beauty and the Geek contestant Megan Hauserman, who stole the notes Turner left for Michaels on the show.

“I got to meet some great girls on the show and will be staying in touch with Amber, Destiney, Angelique and Catherine.  I really didn't dislike any one… I just tried to keep my energy positive and not get involved in that stuff.  I really have no thoughts on Megan.  It just surprised me. She probably felt threatened and ultimately showed her true colors,” she said.
