Mia is a hairstylist and bartender from Naperville, Illinois. She can drive a tractor, having grown up on a small farm community with 900 people and corn in her backyard.
Mia spent most of her time on
Rock of Love under the radar. While she became good friends with fellow finalist
Jes Rickleff, she had a couple of spats with resident bad girl
Lacey Conner. She connected with
Bret Michaels on several occasions, but claims that due to the show's editing, most of her moments with Bret weren't featured on the show.
On her last episode,
Heather Chadwell and
Brandi M., her groupmates on the photo challenge, blamed her for their loss. In an effort to defend herself, she asked to talk to Bret, but the rock star brushed her off. At elimination, Bret decided to send Mia home because she failed to “bring it,” and that whatever connection he felt her was “too little, too late.” Mia made a tearful exit from
Rock of Love, although she claims that she cried out of frustration rather than heartbreak.
Since
Rock of Love, Mia has been seen modeling with Jes for a Chicago-based clothing line called Chii Clothing Culture, which Jes co-owns.
