Meredith is a fitness and spa director from Eugene, Oregon. She considers herself as a small town girl who wanted to get out. She has previously been married and divorced.

Rock of Love was a short-lived experience for Meredith, as she was one of the women who was eliminated at the top of the show.  She and fellow contestants Kimberly, Pam, Kelly and Tiffany (who later asked to be let in the house and succeeded) were chosen at random by Bret Michaels' wingman, Big John.  After Bret explained the house rules, Big John began picking out women from the group, after which the chosen women, comprised of Meredith and the other four ladies, were told they were going home.
