If you have a moment to take a break from stockpiling hair spray, Jack Daniels, Abreva and stripper shoes in preparation for the Sunday premiere of
Rock of Love, you might want to spend some time Thursday getting some love life advice from the man himself,
Bret Michaels.
Bret will be the featured guest on Loveline, the syndicated relationship and sex advice radio program. His program will be airing on Thursday, starting at 10pm Pacific. Bret's blog says, “Tune in as rock's hottest bachelor, dishes about love, sex and of course
finding the perfect rock and roll girlfriend.”
Of course, Bret isn't exactly the expert at actually
finding the perfect rock and roll girlfriend, but he sure knows something about
looking for her. As Rock of Love season 1
Jes Rickleff indicated, it's debatable that he even wants to find lasting love at all.
So maybe instead, he might be able to give some perspective on dating multiple people all at the same time, how to juggle the personalities and avoid jealousy and conflict. Although applying his experience to your own life might be difficult, unless you, too, have access to roadies and/or reality show producers to help coordinate everything.
And while he seems to have no trouble attracting the lovely ladies, he's also a rock star and that sort of comes with the membership to that club, now doesn't it? So that might also not be an area in which his advice will be very helpful to the average Joe.
Come to think of it, it might be difficult to actually glean any practical real world romantic or sexual suggestions from the
Rock of Love star. But it seems certain that he will have some entertaining anecdotes to share. If you still want to seek some advice, Bret's blog advises, “For all the information on how you can call in to Loveline and speak with Bret visit www.lovelineshow.com or simply call 1-800-LOVE-191 at 10PM Pacific Time on January 10!”
