Everyone's talking about the new judges on American Idol, but what about the judges over at America's Got Talent? We already know Sharon Osbourne's not coming back. And Howard Stern already signed up for what will be his second season. But nothing's been confirmed for Howie Mandel -- until now.

Howie Mandel has now confirmed to Access Hollywood that he will indeed be returning as a judge for this summer's America's Got Talent. He said, "I'm doing my fourth season of America's Got Talent. I'm going to re-judge for my fourth year."

When asked how feels about staying on the show, he said, "I'm thrilled to be back. This is my fourth year [and I think the talent] has been getting better and better every year." If the talent gets better every year, then let's hope we pick a better winner than last season's dog act.

Open-call auditions are currently underway, with a final stop in New Orleans on February 15 and 16. But if you still want to audition, don't worry. Howie tells us how to do so. "If you can't make it [to New Orleans], just go to and maybe you can send in a video."

According to Access Hollywood, season 8 contestants will audition for the judges beginning on March 4. And if that's the case, NBC has less than a month to hire and announce Sharon's replacement. There was talk back in December that Rosie O'Donnell would be signing on, but the network squashed those rumors.

America's Got Talent season 8 will air this summer on NBC.
