Buddy Bites: Shows to Save and Shows to Catch Up On
The spirit of giving and, yes, taking, is everywhere these days. It's no surprise that TV networks are joining in. On today's Buddy Bites, check out which series are up for streaming and which series are trying to fight the swift and scary stream of cancellation.

Grimm and More on NBC.com
If the holidays have been keeping you busy and you were unable to catch episodes of your favorite shows, head over to their website to watch them for free. On Monday, NBC kicks off its "Holiday Catch-Up". You can still view previously aired episodes of:

  • Up All Night
  • Whitney
  • Grimm
  • Parenthood
  • The Biggest Loser
  • The Sing Off
  • The Voice (season 1)

That's all for free, plus you can catch exclusive videos and other content too. Yay! [Hollywood Reporter

Get Your Free Pan Am Episodes
Some of you might be going out of town this holiday season, but for those who aren't, Pan Am is probably enough of a travel destination for you. The ABC series, while having difficulty in raising ratings, can be downloaded for free on iTunes. They're also offering up two songs from the soundtrack - Brenda Lee's "Break It To Me Gently" and Billie Holiday's "Just One More Chance".

Speaking of chances, the show's still in production despite rumors of its cancellation. New episodes will air in January. [Huffington Post]

Cougar Town Parties!
Series co-creators Bill Lawrence and Kevin Biegel have launched a promotional campaign to keep fans and the network interested in another season of Cougar Town. They're going to stage viewing parties in various locations, as well as giving away prizes to the most loyal of fans.

Beginning December 27, you can catch Cougar Town vieiwing parties in Altanta, Louisville and Sarasota. And there's more to come in January. Just wait for Lawrence's Twitter announcement this Friday if you want to help save the show. [Hollywood Reporter]

The Fate of Terra Nova
Even though FOX seems to have neglected the renewal of their Spielberg-produced show, the crew is still at it. They're already booking major actors for season 2, in addition to asking a few well-known writers to join the team. So far, Jason O'Mara and Stephen Lang are in. But we're all waiting for the network's final decision in January, right before Terra Nova begins filming in April. [Deadline]
