Ryan Kehoe made his MTV debut on 2006 The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat.  He and partner Melinda Stolp from The Real World: Austin became the second pair to be eliminated from the show.  In 2008, he returned to MTV as one of the rookies on Gauntlet III.
