If you’ve been tuning into
Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet III, you would know that cast members
Jillian Zoboroski, originally from
Road Rules Xtreme, and
Frank Roessler, originally from
The Real World: Las Vegas, have gotten together. However, it seems Roessler wasn’t the only one who had his sights set on Zoboroski.
“On the first day, one of the other girls went up to Jillian and said that Brad [Inferno 3] thought she was cute and was interested in her,” Frank Roessler recalled to
mtvrealityworld.com. “It’s basically like high school crammed into thirty days.”
Still, Roessler was the one who was able to catch Jillian Zoboroski’s attention, as she was impressed with his sense of humor.
“It’s not like it was slim pickings,” Jillian Zoboroski said, referring to
The Gauntlet III’s attractive male cast members. “Frank made me laugh. With all of the stress, it was nice to have comic relief.”
The Gauntlet III was filmed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and in describing what a typical day of taping was like, Roessler said that four “out of seven days a week are for filming challenges and you hate those days because you don’t want to be the one going home.”
The show premiered on Wednesday, January 23 and so far, three cast members have been eliminated, two of whom are
Real World alumni.
“The Gauntlets were awesome,” Roessler said, referring to the one-on-one competitions where one wins and the other is sent home.
Frank Roessler and Jillian Zoboroski have decided to keep a low-profile, which sets them apart from many reality television stars. They’ve also chosen to keep in touch with only a few of their previous castmates.
“I’m OK with that,” Zoboroski said, adding that she sometimes talks to

Derrick Kosinski.
“
Trishelle [Cannatella, also from
The Real World: Las Vegas,] called me the other night while she was drunk,” Roessler said with a laugh.
Currently, the couple is busy with their studies, with Roessler in the midst of completing his MBA and Jillian pursuing kinesiology.
The Gauntlet III airs Wednesday nights at 10pm on MTV.
