Interior designer Thom Filicia was born on May 17, 1969, and was raised in Syracuse, New York. He earned his Interior Design degree from Syracuse University's Art and Design School. He is the owner of a highly-successful design firm Thom Filicia Inc., which works on commercial and residential establishments around the country. Filicia was chosen as one of House Beautiful magazine's Top 100 American Designers in 2006. His decorating style can be classified as modern classicism. Filicia is the interior design expert on Bravo's hit reality show Queer Eye.
