Pussycat Dolls Present: Robin Antin Talks About New Season
Robin Antin, the creator of the Pussycat Dolls empire, has remained remarkably mum about the new season of Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious, but she did recently provide some insight into what the new season will entail.

As we've reported, she's no longer looking for a new Doll, rather a whole new group of girls to make up the new girl group Girlicious.  While she is still not providing a heck of a lot of details, Robin did recently admit that the process of finding just the right team to make up the new group has been even more challenging than The Search for the Next Doll.

At a recent CW Network event, Robin was flanked by Melissa Reyes and Chelsea Korka, runners-up from the previous season, as she gave a few teasers about the next season.  She said that many of the girls who tried out for this new season were actually inspired to do so by the first season contestants like the two standing next to her.

Although Robin had a tough time making calls in that season, she says this one is even more difficult.  For one thing, she has more girls to choose.  They also all have to fit together and work as a group.  This means there's a lot more to it than just skill - personality and ability to be a team player matter.  Robin admitted that she's struggled with this, saying sometime she might like a girl's heart but their skills might not be as strong.  When questioned by the interviewer, she mentioned this is actually kind of a sensitive subject, so this will be some drama to watch out.

She's more involved directly with working with the girls.  She alluded to the fact that Mikey Minden will be back for this new season, but also said she wanted to really show what she's been doing all these years with the Pussycat Dolls act and group, so also expect to see more of Robin than you did in the first season.

She gave one additional teaser about Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.  Apparently, there will be a special guest, a male performer from a successful group who will be there to give the girls advice on working together in a band.  Who do you think this special guest will be?  Leave your guesses in the comments below!
