Pussycat Dolls Present: Anastacia to Chat Live with Fans
She was a backup dancer for the Pussycat Dolls' "Don Cha" video before she auditioned for a spot on Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll. And, in an ironic reversal, it was the episode in which she was not selected to perform as a backup dance for the group that was her final episode with the show.

But Anastacia has not let her experience on the show slow down her attempt to get her career as a singer and a songwriter off the ground. She has songs posted on her MySpace page, but if her fans are looking for a more interactive experience, they'll have the opportunity tomorrow, Saturday, September 8.
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Anastacia has posted that she will be participating in a live chat on NowLive.com. NowLive bills itself as a “social broadcasting network that lets anyone create a live, interactive talk show.” (It also says some of its users call it “MySpace on Crack.”)

Anastacia will be chatting live with fans starting live at 11am Pacific Time/2pm Eastern on Saturday, September 8. Fans can either join the site for free or call in via phone.

In the meantime – or if you are reading this after the chat occurred, you can always catch up with Anastacia via the new songs on her MySpace Music since Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll aired. She has four songs posted, “Get Away,” “Share,” “Checkin' You Out,” and “I Want In.” She also indicates that more should be forthcoming. She says, “The styles will differ as I have been recording with several producers and everyone adds their own kinda flava.”

She's also pursuing some acting opportunities, and has also said in the past that she has “been writing music for an up-and-coming girl group by the name of Bittersweet, which has been quite lucrative and exciting.”

Although her experience with Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll did not come full circle from her first live encounter working with the band, it appears that she is moving forward in her new direction.
