Only three girls are left on The Pussycat Dolls Present: Search for the Next Doll
It’s down to just three girls now, and with only one episode to go, who will be the next Pussycat Doll?

This week on The Pussycat Dolls Present: Search for the Next Doll, the girls were assigned solo songs. Asia sang "Too Little, Too Late" by JoJo. Melissa S. got "Don't Know Why" by Norah Jones. Melissa R. sang Mary J Blige’s "I'm Going Down." Chelsea got to cover Christina Aguilera’s "What a Girl Wants." They also got to do a group dance to the Pussycat Dolls’ “Beep."

With only half an hour to learn a script, the girls had to shoot a commercial for Secret. Melissa R said she wasn’t nervous, but forgot her lines, and so did Melissa S. Chelsea also screwed up, but was given a chance to sing her lines instead. Only Asia managed to get through the commercial without a problem, and did so well she won the prize: her commercial will be run on TV.

Next they were interviewed by Extra host Mark McGrath. Asia thinks she did well at hers. Chelsea admitted that she’d rather be a Pussycat Doll than be friends with the other girls. Melissa S was asked who she’d send home, and picked Chelsea right away. The other girls were mad about this, saying they would have refused to answer.

After their dance performance, the judges announced that Asia and Melissa R are safe for the week. It came down to Chelsea and Melissa S – and it’s Melissa S who is sent home. Chelsea will be around next week. But does she have a chance to make it as the next Doll? We’ll see next week on the finale of The Pussycat Dolls Present: Search for the Next Doll.

The official description of the finale at The CW says "The final three have proven they can sing and strut their stuff, but only one will get to be a full-fledged member of the group. One last catfight erupts as two of the girls get into a screaming match that goes all day. For their final showdown, the girls perform a song as a group, followed by solo performances. The judges make the big decision and the winner performs with the Pussycat Dolls as their new member."
