Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious

CW Reality
Exclusive Interview with Jamie, 2nd Eliminated Contestant on Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll:Part 2
Part 1/Part 2

You know now that you’ve been able to watch the show are there certain things that you’ve seen that you wish they showed on TV that they didn’t?

Yes.  They didn’t show me being silly and outgoing and you know funny with the other girls like at all.  I think they portrayed me to be a really serious person on the show, which is something, I mean you have to do that.  But I was just telling somebody this earlier.  I think the night before I got voted off we were all just relaxing, getting ready for bed, and me and Melissa R. went and collected these chocolate balls and started throwing them at everybody and the camera crew and the entire production all over the house and just running around with pillows and knocking everybody down, it was great.  And they didn’t show any of that.

What was the biggest lesson you took away from being on the show?

Lesson would have to be my confidence of course.  I feel like I went into this being somebody else and I came out of it a better person.  I’m just more comfortable with myself now.  I sing all the time for people.  I’m not afraid to do anything anymore.  My confidence has gone up.  Just as a person I just found myself I think.

Do you have any predictions on who you think will win?

Yeah, I have my predictions.  From the very beginning, from the 18 I’ve had my predictions about who is going to be in the finals.  I think it’s going to be between…I think Melissa R. has a really, really good shot and I think Asia has a really, really good shot. I think both of them but I don’t know.  We’ll see.

So what are your plans now that you’re off the show?

Now that I’m off the show I’m recording in New York City at Sony Studios and we’re putting together songs and we’re going to see how it goes.  That’s what I’m doing, working on that, and we’re documenting everything and we’re going to start a page and you know probably put some stuff on You Tube so people will be able to see what I’m doing back home.

One last question Jaime; do you have any final thoughts about last night or the show in general?

Um, final thoughts…Overall I think last night was great.  I got to actually watch it with some of the girls here in LA and I thought it was so funny when they showed Sisley flipping out and trying to teach Chelsea because I never saw any of that so that was great to see.  Overall it was just a great experience.  I’m so happy that I did it.  I was so scared going into it but it came out really good.
