Project Runway season 4 winner
Christian Siriano may just end up being the most high profile contestant to have graced the show. Since his big win last month, he has already designed several outfits for finale guest judge (and fashion icon) Victoria Beckham. This week, former
American Idol contestant
Kimberly Locke donned one of his designs when she returned to the show to perform her latest single.
“It's wonderful making a gown for a real woman who's comfortable and confident on stage as well as in what she wears. I wanted to accentuate the goddess in Kimberley,” Siriano said of his design. The dress is currently being auctioned off online through the Clothes Off Our Backs organization. With Posh Spice and
Idol under his belt, Siriano turns his attention to his next project: guest starring on ABC’s
Ugly Betty.

Well, so Christian is their Pet Project Runway star, now? Do I smell a rat?
It was announced approximately two weeks ago that Siriano would guest star on
Ugly Betty but today, ABC sent out a press release that said that
Project Runway judge
Nina Garcia would be joining him. The two will film their scenes early next month with the episode set to air in May for sweeps. With Siriano playing himself, it will be quite interesting to see how he reacts when he encounters
Ugly Betty's resident "tranny", Alexis Meade. The
Project Runway stars are just the latest in a string of fashionable guest stars.
Ugly Betty has already played host to Victoria Beckham, Vera Wang, Kenneth Cole and another
Project Runway cast member, Tim Gunn.
Coincidentally, late last week, Siriano was out celebrating his
Project Runway win in L.A. at the same restaurant where
Ugly Betty star
Becki Newton was dining with her husband. She couldn't help but take a moment away from her meal to gush about the young, hot designer. "I knew he was going to win on the first day, right?" she said. "He had this confidence, and it wasn't feigned."
