Tonight on the Grey's Anatomy freshman spin-off Private Practice, Oceanside Wellness Center deals with another infertility problem.  In more personal matters, former spouses try to make sense of their current status and two colleagues embark on a clandestine liaison.

This week's episode is called “In Which Dell Finds His Fight.”  Read on for spoilers to what's in store tonight.

One of Oceanside Wellness' former patients returns, seeking the center's infertility services anew.  The center kicks off a “Dads-to-Be” class, something Charlotte (Kadee Strickland) isn't too thrilled with.  Meanwhile, Sam (Taye Diggs) and Naomi (Audra McDonald) feel like they are walking on eggshells as they try to make sense of their new relationship.  Addison (Kate Walsh) struggles to find her own way in the world of dating and finally, Cooper (Paul Adelstein) begins a secret romance with one of his colleagues.

In other news, Private Practice lead star, Kate Walsh has thrown her support to Ghost Whisperer's Jennifer Love Hewitt.  Hewitt has been the subject of wagging tails in the past couple of weeks, after photos of her Hawaii vacation with fiancé Ross McCall showed her looking heavier than usual.

During her guest appearance on The View, Walsh sounded off on all the flak that's being tossed at Hewitt for her fuller and heftier bikini-clad figure.

"She's a person and she's not being lit in a studio and made up, or airbrushed, or wardrobed, and it's not a fat thing — you're on a beach and you're on vacation," the Private Practice star said.  The actress, who was also in Hawaii recently, added, "We're at Thanksgiving in Hawaii and all we want to do is relax, drink beer and eat fried food. You know, we're just like everybody else.”
