Last week's episode of
Private Practice saw Charlotte's rival practice opening its doors, forcing the doctors of Oceanside Wellness to compete for clients. The competition continues this week in the episode called “Worlds Apart.”

As Charlotte (
KaDee Strickland) and her team of Pacific Wellcare doctors continue to siphon business away from Oceanside Wellness in the 10th episode of
Private Practice's second season, Pete's girlfriend, Meg (Jayne Brook), returns to Los Angeles the day after he and Violet have slept together and notices that Pete (
Tim Daly) and Violet (
Amy Brenneman) have become considerably closer. Meanwhile, Kevin questions the direction he and Addison (
Kate Walsh) are headed in as a couple and Cooper (
Paul Adelstein) attends to a young diabetic boy with a mysterious past.
Joining the cast in “Worlds Apart” are

Jericho, Passions) as Claudia, Ginny Weirick (D

In other news, Kate Walsh and her husband Alex Young are reportedly splitting up after nearly a year and a half of marriage. According to
Extra, Young filed for divorce on November 22, citing irreconcilable differences.
"Papers have been filed to amicably end the marriage of executive Alex Young, and actress Kate Walsh," Walsh's rep confirmed to
Extra. "The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time."
The
Private Practice star married movie executive Young on September 1, 2007, following their engagement in May. They were married in the Ojai Presbyterian Church in Ojai, north of Los Angeles.
"I met him at this work meeting where we ended up talking for two hours and it was just like boom! — love at first sight," she said.
