With all these special guest stars on Grey's Anatomy, new doctors appearing out of the woodwork and rumors about which actors want out, it's starting to get confusing about which doctors actually work at Seattle Grace.

Here's another piece of Grey's Anatomy gossip that fans might actually be happy to hear: Dr. Addison Montgomery, world-renowned neonatal surgeon and currently enjoying life in L.A. at Private Practice, may be coming back to Seattle Grace!

Last night's Grey's Anatomy episode wrapped up a three-week Grey's Anatomy/Private Practice crossover that provided the two medical dramas a much-needed boost in the ratings, and Kate Walsh, who plays Dr. Montgomery, had a grand old time returning to the old set.

"I love it," she told UsMagazine.com.  "I think it's always fun to go back."

US Magazine also ask Walsh if she'd like to return again to Grey's Anatomy, and she coyly responded, "I might [come back]. . . . I'm not gonna say. Who knows what's in the mind of [show creator] Shonda Rhimes."
