When your hit show is cut short to only 13 episodes in a single season, do what the
Prison Break actors do – hit the big screen. While
Wentworth Miller lays low, his on screen brother,
Dominic Purcell, will appear in the film
Town Creek.
Amaury Nolasco recently wrapped the high profile movie,
Street Kings, with Keanu Reeves, Hugh Laurie, and Forest Whitaker. Next, it’s another big film for him,
Armored, starring Matt Dillon and Laurence Fishburne.
William Fichtner landed a role in
Batman Begins: The Dark Night, sure to be a smash hit at the box office. This week,
Robert Knepper got in on the big screen action, grabbing a part in the latest
Transporter movie.

Ahh, Transporter films are fun. They're the kind of completely over the top action films that you can just ...
Not much is known about the third installment of the
Transporter series. Filming began approximately one week ago in Paris and will soon change location to Russia. Rumor has it that Knepper will play the movie’s resident guy. He’ll have lots of experience to draw on, as he plays one of the biggest bad guys currently on tv. Louis Leterrier directed the first two but bowed out of the third due to scheduling conflicts. Olivier Megaton will be stepping in, having previously worked with Knepper on the film,
Hitman. The
Prison Break star has also appeared in the films
Hostage and
Good Night and Good Luck.
For those unfamiliar with the
Transporter series, it stars Jason Statham as Frank Martin, a man who delivers packages for people, no questions asked. In the first movie, he finds that one of his packages is moving and opens it to find a woman, bound and gagged, inside. Frank risks his life in order to save the woman. In the second film, he works to save the life of a kidnapped boy and take down his attackers. The two movies combined made over $130 million worldwide.
