On tonight’s episode of
Prison Break, Lincoln beats Wyatt to a pulp as he is tied to a chair in the warehouse, until he agrees to call The General. Meanwhile, The General is told that it will take 3 days to move Scylla, which he finds completely unacceptable. Sara heads in to talk some sense into Wyatt, a move that makes Michael nervous, considering he's a well-trained assassin. Michael starts planning his attempt on Scylla but he can't make out the entire blueprint of the headquarters without Gretchen's pages from Whistler's bird book. T-Bag meets up with Michael, Sucre, Lincoln, and Bellick to let them into Gate Corporation so they can follow the plans from the bird book.
Wyatt tries to talk some sense into Sara and convince her to let him go. Mahone tries to make a move on him but is stopped by Don. He tells Mahone that he lost his wife and his baby so he understands a great deal about loss but he can't let him do anything to Wyatt just yet. Wyatt tells Sara that he can end all of this, helping her and Michael, if she just agrees to work with him but she walks away.
A federal agent shows up to Gate to question T-Bag about the disappearance of Andrew Blauner, the employee who figured out that he wasn't really who he was claiming to be. As the line of questioning is finished, Lincoln and Bellick walk into his office but cover their tracks by pretending to be workers building a shelving unit for him.
Don finally steps aside, taking Sara with him, so that Mahone can finally get revenge on Wyatt for killing his son. Outside, Don uses a recording of Wyatt's voice to convince The General that everyone is dead. Just then, Gretchen shows up at The General's office with a gun. Lincoln and Bellick cut off the water supply so that Michael is able to get through a wall towards Scylla. Michael and Sucre will only have an hour to accomplish their goal but Michael collapses.
The General takes the gun out of Gretchen's hand and kisses her, calling her "his girl". At the warehouse, Mahone sticks a nail under Wyatt's fingernail and prepares to zap him with a defibrillator. Michael seems to be okay enough to continue with their plan as Sucre cuts a hole in the wall. Mahone calls Pam and puts her on the phone with Wyatt, who apologizes for killing their son. Michael jumps in to help Sucre with the job just as Lincoln and Bellick arrive back. Two have to go inside the hole where the water was and Lincoln and Bellick volunteer.
Gretchen is offered a deal as The General's number two if she stays with The Company. Mahone drives Wyatt to the water, whose hands are tied with cinderblocks. Wyatt tries to tell him that they are the same but he interrupts him, shoving him into the water, to his death. In the tunnel, the pipe falls and Bellick jumps down to try to help so that the boys can get Scylla. The water turns back on as Bellick is in the tunnel, who ends up sacrificing his life for them. The General gives orders that he wants Scylla moved out of Los Angeles by the end of the day.
