On tonight's episode of Prison Break, Sara takes Michael's medical care into her own hands, since he refuses to undergo surgery until they get Scylla back. Don gives Michael a call and asks if he's ready to talk and when he says no, Don starts firing at them and tries to gas them out. Lincoln finds Don and punches him from behind, then brings him into the warehouse. Gretchen shows up with a gun and Don starts talking. He says the buyer for Scylla wants to see The Company burn as much as Michael does but is willing to pay 9 figures for it. Michael and Lincoln let Don take off with Gretchen and only say that they'll be in touch.

Mahone meets up with Agent Lang, who is concerned about getting involved in uncovering Scylla but does say that she knows of someone who could help. The General begins searching the city for Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Sara, Mahone, Don, and Gretchen. At Rita's house, she offers herself up to T-Bag so that he doesn't hurt Emily. He chooses to leave her alone, for now, but tells her to pray that Gretchen comes through with her end of the agreement with him. Sucre sneaks himself into the trunk of Gretchen's car to try to keep an ear out for what she is planing with Don. They planted a device in the warehouse that allows them to see what they are doing.

Sara warns Michael that he's building a tolerance to the medication and says that if something happens to him, Lincoln will never forgive himself. She pleads with him not to become so obsessed that it ends up killing him. Sucre gets out of the trunk at Gretchen's destination and realizes that they're at the Fauntleroy Hotel. Don is able to see Michael hiding the piece of Scylla that he needs and tells Gretchen to call Vican, the buyer for Scylla. Gretchen refuses to proceed until she gets to talk to Emily. On the phone with her, she tells Emily that the mean man in her house will never come back. Don grabs the phone and gets T-Bag on, telling him that if he doesn't hear from him in two hours, he should kill them both.

A bible salesman comes to the door at Rita's house and T-Bag knocks him out, convinced that he works for The Company. Lang brings Agent Wheeler to meet with Mahone, who is overly skeptical of being part of any partnership with him. Mahone tells them that Homeland Security is compromised but Wheeler wants credible info on The Company. Lisa hands The General her letter of resignation from The Company and says that now that she knows who he really is, she has no interest in working with her father anymore. The Company finds Gretchen and Don and The General instructs his agents to shoot on sight.  T-Bag is ready to shoot the bible salesman but he makes a convincing enough argument and Rita screams until he backs off. 

Sara and Sucre go to the hotel and bribe the man at the front desk to tell them what room Gretchen is in.  The man calls Don to give him a heads up and Gretchen heads out into the hall, where she is attacked by Sucre.  Michael and Lincoln fashion a gun and fire a smoke bomb into Don's room.  Meanwhile, Gretchen fights back and is about to shoot Sucre when Sara throws her down a flight of stairs.  Don escapes outside, where he is attacked by Michael, who steals Scylla after knocking him out briefly.  Gretchen runs outside and is attacked by The Company but she speeds off and is chased by the agents.  As Michael runs off, he gets a severe nosebleed and collapses.

Don catches up with MIchael, steals Scylla, and jumps into Gretchen's SUV.  Just then, Company agents grab Michael and drag him off and no one is able to do anything to save him.  Don and Gretchen get the last piece of Scylla.  She points a gun at him but he tells her not to be stupid and walks away.  Michael wakes up, tied to an operating table, and a doctor tells him to relax.  Mahone calls Lincoln, who finds out that Scylla and Michael are gone.

T-Bag calls Don to tell him about the bible salesman and is instructed to kill him.  The man starts praying and Rita tries to convince T-Bag to start his life over as Cole Pfeiffer.  He decides not to kill him and tells Rita to take her car and run with Emily.  Once they're gone, T-Bag cuts the man loose and tells him to go free as well.  There's just one problem: the man was, in fact, Company and knocks him unconscious.  Lincoln shows up at Company headquarters to see The General and demands to talk to Michael.  Don hands off Scylla to Vican, who confirms that it is complete.  Don shoots him and his associate from behind and Gretchen freaks out.

Lang tells Mahone the Attorney General is willing to hear him out but he worries that he can't trust him.  As soon as he gets in the car, he knows that there's no meeting and he's about to be hauled off to jail.  The General offers Lincoln and it seems that, for some reason, he's considering it.
