On tonight’s episode of
Prison Break, Michael and his group are outraged that Don would set them up the way they did. Don calls his supervisor, Herb Stanton, and says that he’s been shot, blaming Michael and Lincoln for it, and faking his own death. Michael tries to call Stanton to find out what happened but hangs up after Sara wonders out loud of Homeland Security has been in on this from the beginning. Mahone is convinced that Self is working alone. The General meets with top Company personnel to discuss their breach of security and the gigantic issue of Scylla being out in the open. When someone questions him, he shoots him dead without hesitation.
Back at the warehouse, Michael collapses again and Lincoln rushes over to take care of his younger brother. Once again, Lincoln attempts to convince Michael to seek medical help but everyone knows that they need to head out on the run now. It’s a good thing they did because Homeland Security closed right in on them, armed and ready to arrest every single one of them. Stanton calls Michael and tells him that their deal is off. As Michael tries to defend himself, Stanton promises to hunt them all down like animals if they don’t turn themselves in.
While everyone begins to panic, Michael remains the voice of reason and tells his allies that they can’t run. They need to flush Don out and prove that he has Scylla. In the car, T-Bag tries to figure out why Don would steal Scylla but he refuses to open up. Lincoln calls Gretchen to try to figure out what Don’s next move would be. Just as she is about to head out, she gets a call from her sister who says that Emily, her daughter, has been in an accident. Gretchen immediately knows that they are being held hostage and asks to talk to the gunman, which is Don.
Stanton decides to keep the search for Michael and company under wraps, even keeping it from people in his own department. Meanwhile, The Company is on the hunt for everyone including Stanton, Self, Gretchen, Michael, and everyone else is his group. Michael heads to a public place to meet Gretchen with his people positioned around on walkie-talkies to keep an eye out. Gretchen goes home to save Rita and Emily but Don and T-Bag are waiting for her and she is outnumbered. Don tells her that she's going to help him find a new buyer for Scylla. Gretchen gives up that she was supposed to meet Lincoln and Michael and gives up their location.
Federal agents end up pulling in and chasing Michael down after T-Bag calls in a tip. Lincoln creates a distraction by attacking them and ends up getting arrested. At the warehouse, Lincoln tries to tell Stanton that Self is the one to blame but has difficulty getting through. Michael puts in a call to Gretchen but puts Don on the phone, who says that he's a little bit smarter than him and advises him to run. As Gretchen leaves to help Don find a buyer, Rita slaps her twice, asking, "How could you?"
Senator Conrad is brought in to let Lincoln know that they have uncovered evidence that Self is alive and on the run with Scylla. He apologizes to Linc and asks for his help once they get Self into custody. Homeland will give them all full immunity if he and Michael testify against Self. Lincoln calls everybody and relays the details of the new agreement. When Gretchen tries to tell Don that he'll be just as alone as he is now once the deal with Scylla is over, he calls T-Bag and demands that he point a gun at Rita's head. The buyer calls just then, sparing Rita for the time being.
Mahone meets up with Sucre and Sara at a designated meeting place and tells them that they need to get on a bus and get out of the city. Sara keeps asking where Michael is but Mahone won't answer. In the meeting, Stanton pulls a gun on Michael but is shot dead by an agent who actually works for The Company. He lets Michael and Lincoln know that they have an appointment with The General. As Don prepares to sell Scylla, the buyer lets him know that The General has offered a serious reward to anyone who can turn it in along with the heads of the people who tried to sell it.
Sucre heads back to the warehouse with a gun to stop the agent and as he holds a gun to him, Lincoln grabs the gun and shoots the man dead. Senator Conrad tells the boys that he's going to walk away and go home. He lets them know that there is a folder on the table that is the last details and evidence of this operation. The boys meet up with Sara outside, but Mahone is nowhere to be found. Don's buyer lets him know that Scylla is incomplete and there's still one piece missing. Don calls Michael saying that he has something that belongs to him and Michael responds, "Come and get it!"
