On tonight's episode of Prison Break, the boys are angered when they find out that Don is refusing to return Bellick's body to his mother.  Sucre attacks him and Mahone threatens to call off the operation to uncover Scylla if Don goes back on his word.  Don reluctantly agrees but promises Sucre that the next time he puts his hands on him, he'll be joining Bellick at the morgue.  Michael and Don meet with Gretchen, who lets them know that Scylla is being moved to a bunker in Pennsylvania the following day.  The General wants to call in someone named David Baker to assist with the moving of Scylla but Lisa feels that they can handle things on their own.  Michael and Mahone uncover a code and figure out that David Baker is the one who wrote the code and the blueprints in Whistler's bird book.  They're going to need to get to David Baker - whoever he is!

At Gate, Trish Ann give T-Bag's Gretchen's fingerprints and background info from the California police.  When she mentions Whistler's name to him, he immediately becomes suspicious of her, wondering how she could possibly know who he is.  At the warehouse, Michael collapses again, forcing Sara to rush him to the hospital under fake identities.  T-Bag runs into a problem when he is asked to step in on a major presentation. 

Mahone heads right to David Baker's house and is let in after he asks about Scylla.  At Gate, Sucre accidentally steps on a trigger to a bomb.  If he moves, it will go off, killing them both.  Michael is brought in for a CAT scan as Sara patiently waits outside.  It doesn't take long for David to figure out that Mahone does not work with The Company, leaving him in a sticky situation.  T-Bag delivers a stellar speech in front of the potential Gate clients.  The hospital is looking to admit Michael but he attempts to refuse treatment.  Sara steps in and asks him to reconsider, as they wait for the test results.

Agents from The Company barge into David Baker's house just as Mahone is begging him for help.  Lincoln drags Sara into the tunnels to ask for her help in get Sucre out of this dangerous situation with the bomb.  At the hospital, Michael and Sara catch a glimpse of the police and leave but she asks the doctor to call with the results anyway.  It turns out that Trish Ann works with Homeland Security and turns up to tell Don that she screwed up when she mentioned Whistler in front of T-Bag today.

More agents close in on Baker's place and start sweeping the place for signs of Mahone, who starts running.  At the bottom of a hill, his wife stops Mahone and gives him clues to uncovering Scylla.  Gretchen gets down on the ground to help get Sucre off the bomb and change the distribution of the weight on the trigger.  Michael and Mahone look at the clues and realize that Sucre isn't just stepping on a land mine, he's stepping on an alarm.

Mahone rushes to Gate to stop them from dismantling the bomb, which will set off the alarm.  He manually overrides the system and tells Sucre to step off the trigger, which he does.  Everyone meets back up at the warehouse where they are met with Bellick's body, dressed in a proper suit, and placed in a coffin to be sent home to his mother for burial.  Sucre makes the phone call to Bellick's mother, as he promised that he would in the event that anything happened to him.  T-Bag calls a number on Trish Ann's resume and is greeted by Don's voice on the other end of the line. 

Sara gives Michael his medical results: he has a hypothalamus tumor that has been growing. The dcotor wants him to have surgery and Michael wants two days. Sara tells him that he only has one - he has to have surgery tomorrow or he runs the risk of dying.
