Prison Break

Oh Prison Break fans, it's been a long time coming.  Because of the WGA strike, the show had to take a season break earlier than expected but tonight, it's back!  Michael is going to have to talk his way out of solitary confinement but I have faith in him.  Here's what happened on tonight's new episode of Prison Break.

As Michael is escorted out of Sona, the rest of the prisoners watch from their cells, trying to catch a glimpse of where he's being taken.  Michael finds out that there is a new man in charge of Sona, Colonel Zavala, and he wants answers about the attempted breakout.  When Michael won't give up the information the guards are interested in, he is placed in a cage in the middle of the prison yard.

As Lincoln and Sofia talk and hope Michael and Whistler will be okay, Susan shows up to take him away.  Before she leaves, she tells Sofia to go home.  Translation: Stay outta Susan's way.  Agent Lang drops off Mahone at Sona but she doesn't feel good about doing so.  Before he goes, she gives him a coin that her father carried every day, something she hopes will bring him the same luck.  He passes Michael on his way in, confused as to why he's in the box. 

Susan wants to keep Lincoln motivated so she gives him one minute with LJ.  LJ tells his father that there's nothing he can do and that Susan is crazy.  He witnessed her personally beheading Sara.  Man, that kid is gonna be screwed up for life if he makes it out of this alive!

A prisoner gets sick in the prison yard and Bellick is ordered to clean it up.  He refuses and tells the prisoner where he can shove it.  Sucre is pulled aside by the man who has been paying him to make deliveries.  It seems he has another package that needs to get into Sona only, this time, he's not paying him.  He threatens him with a gun to do as he's told.  Afterwards, Sucre visits Michael, bringing him water, and promising to stick by him.  Michael tells him to go and get out while he still can.

While Michael is stuck in a cage, Lechero and Whistler continue to work on an escape plan.  Michael decides to start talking in order to get out of the box and try to save LJ's life.  T-Bag tries to put the idea in Whistler's head that they need to take out Sammy.  When Lincoln finds out what Sucre has been up to, he tries to convince him to quit his job.  Sucre refuses unless Linc plans on giving money to send back to Maricruz and the baby.  The two are being watched by a man who texts information to a third party about them.

Michael tells Zavala that people are trying to break Whistler out of there.  When he is questioned, Whistler denies everything but is pressured to give up names on the outside.  T-Bag tries to bribe Mahone into challenging Sammy to a prison yard fight to death, offering him his precious medication in exchange for Sammy's death.  Whistler and Michael end up in the same room together and Michael puts pressure on him to tell Zavala about Susan, Sofia, everybody.  Whistler gives up Susan, whose real name is Gretchen Morgan.

Susan tracks down Sucre and tries to bribe him into working with her.  Michael calls Lincoln asking for information on his next meeting with Susan.  Sucre's package is delivered into Sona, containing something that Sammy picks up.  Bellick finds a chicken foot in his cell, a direct result of his refusal to clean up someone's puke.  He's in a fight to the death now, whether he likes it or not.  Lechero tries to stop Sammy but he's quickly losing influence over others.

Sucre and Lincoln are working together to set up Susan.  They knew all along that she'd offer Sucre money to give up the brothers.  T-Bag pounces on Mahone, who is suffering from serious withdrawal.  Mahone doesn't bite and refuses to kill someone for his drugs.  As planned, Susan is grabbed by the Sona prison guards during her meeting with Lincoln.  Face to face with Zavala, she tries to deny an involvement with the Sona prisoners and talk her way out.

As Bellick heads into the circle for his prison fight, he is immediately attacked by his challenger.  Susan is tortured to give up information to Zavala and Michael and Whistler listen from outside.  She still refuses to give up any information and Zavala realizes that this is not her first time being tortured.  He brings Whistler and Michael in to face her, who both say that they know her.   She admits LJ's location and says that she'll bring Zavala to him.  Michael asks her if she killed Sara and when she pretends not to know what he's talking about, he tells her that he's coming for her.

Bellick drugs the man he's fighting and beats him senseless.  T-Bag observes and realizes he may have a new man to take out Sammy for him.  Susan arrives at the destination but it is a set up.  She kills Zavala and another guard and calls for a ride.  Michael and Whistler are picked up by prison guards to be returned to Sona and find out Zavala is dead.  The step back into the yard and part ways but not before being seen by Lechero and Sammy.  The box that Lechero received in the delivery contains a gun - one he'll use to take out Lechero, Michael, anyone who gets in his way!
