A CES trade paper, likely from FOX, that circulated during the event announced that FOX is giving both Prison Break and 24 the Blu Ray treatment this summer. Both shows will be released in High Definition box sets. So far the plan is for the first season of each to kick off the releases around August. With most television studios choosing Blu Ray as the format of choice, the future of HD-DVD is still in doubt. (Although the porn industry is launching a valiant attempt at keeping the format relevant by shutting out Blu Ray.)
