Sucre crawls on a scaffold into the first room, full of sensors, cameras, and microphones.  He loses his balance and almost drops a tank on the floor, which would absolutely alert The Company that someone was in the room.  Don and Trish Ann show up to the fake meeting place with Gretchen and T-Bag and are immediately surrounded by the Asian agent and his associates.  T-Bag only makes one request of Gretchen - to let him kill Michael himself, since they plan on taking everybody else out.  As Michael makes his way into the room to get to Scylla, The General calls the order to move Scylla.

Michael immediately becomes dizzy and disoriented, needing a minute to pull himself together before continuing on.  He breaks through the glass wall, the final one before getting his hands on Scylla.  The minute he does, the security system is activated and The General calls for a team to head downstairs.
