In order to get potential reviewers of last weeks Prison Break in the zone, FOX media relations sent along a severed hand along with a note from the notorious psychopath Theodore Bagwell (T-bag). It was a harbinger of what was to come in the scene where T-Bag, handcuffed to a radiator, ripped of his recently re-attached hand so he could escape. In addition to the realistically gruesome appendage, there was a note for T-Bag that read "Life on the lam hasn't been as easy as I hoped, and subsequently I've had to take some drastic measures to ensure my survival. You are one of the few people I can trust, so please help me out by holding onto this for me until I have a chance to come back for it (it's just a little something I had to leave behind in order to stay one step ahead of the law)." At the end of the note was a phone number, 310-369-5089, which had an extensive recording from T-Bag himself with some instructions on what to do with the gruesome parcel.
