Prison Break

As season 4 of Prison Break looms in the distance, all most fans can talk about it the surprising return of Sarah Wayne Callies. Prison Break “killed off” her character last season, after contract talks between the show and the actress broke down. Officials from the show claimed that they did everything they could to keep Callies on the show but she was uninterested. Until now. The show has brought her character, Sara Tancredi, back, saying that it was never her head that Lincoln found in a box. The cast members have not commented much on Sarah’s return but TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello caught up with Jodi Lynn O’Keefe at a recent event and talked season 4.

If you were hoping for any season 4 spoilers, you won’t find them here. It’s not that Jodi didn’t want to tell them, it’s that she has no clue what’s going on. “I don’t know anything about the new season,” she told Ausiello. “I can tell you that it wasn’t her head in the box, but that’s not breaking news.” She’s looking forward to Sarah’s return, saying, “I’m excited to have Sarah back. I’ve never actually met her, so it’s going to be fun.” She also joked that she’s hoping for a Susan/Sara smackdown!

O’Keefe went on to discuss her character more in depth, especially her dark side. “I think everybody has that feeling of, you know, ‘That person’s really irritating me, I want to kill them’, but we don’t actually act on it,” she said of Susan/Gretchen. “We all have that horrible hatred, ‘I’m a bad ass’, kind of thing. You just pull it up from underneath.” Jodi Lynn will return to film her season 4 episodes on May 20th, but says her costars may be back a few days earlier. This season will film in Los Angeles, as opposed to Texas, where the previous seasons have been shot.
