"Now You Lift Your Eyes to the Sun" finds Brooke (Sophia Bush) helping Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) prepare for her stage comeback. Brooke gives Haley a super sassy rock star outfit to wear and in return, Haley lends Brooke an ear as she vents out the possibility of being pregnant.

Though Brooke wants to have a child, the timing of the pregnancy could not have been worse. Brooke and Julian have just dealt with the whole mess involving Alex and it's obvious that Julian doesn't want to rush things in the future. But Haley's more optimistic about the pregnancy considering how her life changed for the better when Jamie arrived and convinces Brooke not to freak out with this perfect little line: "It's your turn to be the girl who gets the baby and the boy!"



While a big chunk of this episode is about Brooke, we also see Dan Scott (Paul Johannson) returning to Tree Hill much to the dismay of Nathan (James Lafferty), who makes it crystal clear to Dan that entering his life again is easier said than done. Then there's also some Clay and Quinn lip action and some drama involving out-of-control Millie.
