Quinn may be OK on One Tree Hill
, but Clay is still in a coma and
stuck in his peaceful beachfront purgatory. Will Clay wake up? Unless
the show wants to lose a lot of female viewers, he'd better.
The third episode of the season promises plenty of Mouth and Millie action, but in this new clip from the CW, it's all about the bromance of Nathan and Clay, who professed their love for each other in the last episode.
Apparently Clay's coma is caused by an injured kidney, and if he gets a transplant, he'll wake up and be cured. At least that's what I'm assuming. So Nathan wants to donate his, regardless of the fact that he doesn't even know if he's a match.
But as I wrote in the headline, you can't play professional basketball with only one kidney according to Clay's doctor. Maybe he should consult Alonzo Mourning.
Mourning was diagnosed with kidney disease during his NBA career. He retired, got a transplant from his cousin, then came back to play several more seasons in the NBA. So I wouldn't take my medical advice from One Tree Hill
Of course this is the show where a dog ate Dan's heart and Clay and Quinn survived close-range gunshot wounds for more than 12 hours before being discovered, so I'm guessing you already knew that One Tree Hill
isn't exactly Web M.D.
