Now that the James family drama is seemingly over, and Brooke and Julian are back together, there's no telling how One Tree Hill will spend the final four episodes of season 7 (or possibly the final four episodes of the series). In the 20-second trailer, we get a taste of the repercussions of what went down in Monday's episode, "The Last Day of Our Acquaintance." It's a shame if you missed it because it was one tear-jerking episode.

When
One Tree Hill returns with new episodes beginning April 26, Alex finds herself in yet another dilemma. This time, she's embroiled in a sex tape scandal, which is apparently being used to blackmail Julian's company.
Skills, on the other hand, punches Mouth after he finds out about Mouth and Lauren, and in the process we also learn that Victoria is on the prowl for yet another younger man. Finally, we see more of crazy Katie, Sarah's doppelganger, who seems to have a few stalker tricks up her sleeve now that she's about to invade Quinn and Clay's relationship.
