As our favorite shows take short breaks for the holidays, most of them are leaving us with stress-inducing cliffhangers to ponder.  One Tree Hill is certainly no exception.  Last week's episode showed Peyton receiving news about her recent health woes, but viewers were left in the dark as to what's actually wrong with her.  Is she pregnant?  Does she have cancer?  We'll have to wait until the series returns on January 5 to know for sure.

We may not have a definite answer as to what's plaguing Peyton, but recent spoilers from Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello and Kristin at E!Online shed some interesting light on the situation.  Read on for some juicy One Tree Hill spoilers!

In his latest spoiler column, Michael Ausiello narrowed things down by revealing that Peyton is either pregnant or has cancer.  There definitely won't be a third possibility sprung on us when One Tree Hill returns in January.  When you couple that tidbit with Kristin's news that two (yes, two!) OTH characters will be getting pregnant, it makes it fairly obvious that Peyton is one of them. The question of what's wrong with her baby remains unanswered, but there must be an issue if she's experiencing random stomach pains.

Kristin doesn't know who the second pregnant character is, so feel free to guess in the comments below.  Could it be Haley?  Brooke?  Millicent?  Deb?  I would absolutely love it if Deb got knocked up with Skills' baby, but that's probably not going to happen.  Those two can barely get any screen time in recent episodes, so I wouldn't expect a storyline of that magnitude to fall in their laps.  I'm placing my baby bets on either Brooke or Millicent.  Brooke has been wanting a baby for so long that it would be the perfect next step for her character, while Millicent getting pregnant with Owen's baby would be delightfully scandalous.
