One Tree Hill: Episode 6.10 "Even Fairy Tale Characters Would Be Jealous" Recap (Page 3/3)

Brooke lets Julian know that being part of a love triangle involving Lucas and Peyton never ends well.  Sing it, sister!  They share a flirtatious moment before Peyton drags her off to introduce Angels & Airwaves.  Meanwhile, Nathan continues his supporting turn in Quentin: The Pestering Ghost, coming soon to a Wal-Mart bargain bin near you.  Nathan babbles about wanting to give up on his dreams so he won't get injured, Ghost Quentin tells him he can't throw in the towel, and I wish I could fast forward through any plot line involving an inspirational spirit.  Nathan eventually listens to Q and decides that it's never okay to throw away your dreams.  Gag.

Julian tells Lucas that he still believes in the book, but Lucas' dreams of Hollywood stardom are over.  Unfortunately for him, Julian owns the rights to the book and can do whatever he wants with it.  Peyton (Hilarie Burton) thinks it's all her fault, which I suppose it kind of is, but it's too late to do anything about it now.

Millicent tells Gigi the super-slunt to stay away from her man, which is a pretty awesome moment.  If only Mouth would grow a pair and stand up to her, she might get the hint.  When Gigi talks to Mouth later, she claims that she has no desire to cause trouble between him and Millicent.  Mmm hmm.  Meanwhile, Brooke assures Sam that she's not kicking her to the curb for a newer, smaller, whinier model.  Sam is here to stay, whether I like it or not.

As One Tree Hill wraps up, Julian asks Peyton to convince Lucas to do the movie.  He's the only one capable of turning his brilliant prose into a brilliant screenplay.  Nathan and Haley vow never to deny their dreams, Brooke discovers that she may not be able to get a baby while fostering Sam, and Lucas agrees to give the film another chance.  He may have to punch Julian a couple more times during filming, but who can blame him?

Next week's episode of One Tree Hill takes place in the 1940s and is written by Chad Michael Murray!  I've been waiting my entire life to see Dan smack Peyton around, and soon I'll get my wish.

What should Mouth do about Gigi?
Tell her off
Kill her
Get her fired
Just make out with her already!
