Dr. Michael McBain is played by Nathaniel Marston in
One Life to Live. The brother of Detective John McBain, Michael is an attending doctor at Llanview Hospital. On the night of Dr. Spencer Truman's murder, Rex Balsom ran into Michael in the hospital. This led Rex to believe that Michael was Spencer's murderer and was scheming to prevent Rex from revealing the paternity of TJ to Todd Manning. Eventually, the truth was uncovered that Michael was innocent.
