An unlikely rock artist is lending his voice to Once Upon a Time. The ABC fantasy drama has also cast Rumple's father. And James Van Der Beek is returning to How I Met Your Mother. Read on for all the details, including casting news for Sleepy Hollow, Hannibal, The Good Wife, The Walking Dead and Revolution.

Marilyn Manson lending his voice to Once Upon a Time: The performer has been cast as the voice of Peter Pan's Shadow. Executive producers Eddie Kitsis and Adam Horowitz told Rolling Stone, "We've always been enormous fans of Marilyn Manson. We wanted to cast someone with the vocal ability to make our skin crawl." The Shadow has made some appearances already on the show, but this will be the first time we actually get to hear his voice.

Once Upon a Time has also cast Rumplestiltskin's father, who will be played by Stephen Lord in an episode airing on November 17, with the possibility of future appearances. In an interview recently with TV Guide, Kitsis said, "We've hinted in the past that his father was a coward and that his father's name was something that haunted him and that his father left him. This is a man who wants to break the cycle of his past." The November episode will reveal why Rumple's father wasn't the best parental figure.

James Van Der Beek returning to How I Met Your Mother: The actor will reprise his role as Simon, Robin's ex-boyfriend, in episode 12 of the final season, titled "Bedtime Stories." He tweeted, "Like many Americans, I'm working 2 jobs today. Luckily, neither one requires actual work ;)" No details are known at this point about his return.

Amandla Stenberg leaves the Hunger Games arena for Sleepy Hollow: The 14-year-old actress, who played Rue in the hugely successful dystopian film, has been cast as Captain Frank Irving's daughter, Macey. She shows up because she's feeling a sense of disconnection with her father and has been since he started working in Sleepy Hollow, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Her first episode will air on November 25.

Amanda Plummer to guest star on Hannibal: Speaking of The Hunger Games, Plummer will be in the sequel, Catching Fire, next month. And afterwards, you can catch her next year on Hannibal, where she'll play Katherine Pimms, who's a "hippie-chic acupuncturist who's been causing trouble," notes The Wrap. We don't know yet how involved she'll be in the storyline, but it sounds like Will Graham and Co. will have their work cut out for them.

Also signing on to Hannibal is Martin Donovan, who you may recognize from Weeds, Boss and The Firm, among many other shows. He's set to play the therapist of Jack Crawford at the FBI. Why does Laurence Fishburne's character need therapy? It's unclear right now, but TVLine reports that Donovan's role, which begins in the first half of the season, may expand to be recurring if all goes well.

Victor Garber is a judge on The Good Wife: The Alias alum will guest star on the CBS drama sometime in the early part of 2014. His character is being described by CBS as "a strict and meticulous judge who is driven slowly crazy as he rules over a madhouse." He's presiding over a double jury trial that involves two defendants and two juries.

Hunter Parrish is also guest starring on The Good Wife. The Weeds actor is playing Jeffrey Grant, a college student who wants to live life to the fullest. Unfortunately, he ends up being "caught in a Kafkaesque DNA trip" and is "accused of murdering a female classmate he swears he's never met," according to THR. This is the seventh episode (titled "The Next Week") of the season and will air on November 10.

Michael Cudlitz and Josh McDermitt join The Walking Dead: While we don't much of what their involvement will be like on the show just yet, we do know who their characters are. Cudlitz is playing Sgt. Abraham Ford -- he tweeted an image of what his character looks like. And McDermitt will play Dr. Eugene Porter, who is a former science teacher, reports TV Guide.

Christopher Cousins playing a patriot on Revolution: The actor, who appeared in 13 episodes of Breaking Bad, has signed on for a recurring role as Victor Doyle, who, according to Deadline, may end up clashing with Tom Neville. Incidentally, both actors have appeared on the AMC drama.
