Sam Friedlander is a 28-year old web producer from Mount Vernon, New York. Born and raised in Westchester, Friedlander went to college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville before moving to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue filmmaking. He worked at NBC for nine months before taking up graduate film studies at USC, which he completed in 2006. His favorite filmmakers are Michael Mann, Ridley Scott, Steven Spielberg, Steven Soderbergh, Woody Allen, Robert Zemeckis, James Cameron, Christopher Nolan and Doug Liman.
