Adam Stein is a 29-year old freelance film editor originally from Miami, Florida. His dad gave him a camera when he was eight years old and he immediately fell in love with photography. He started directing theater when he was in high school, which eventually led to his passion for film. Among his favorite directors are Jim Henson, Hal Ashby, Steven Soderbergh, Frederico Fellini and Michel Gondry. Among writers, he prefers Charlie Kaufman, Harold Ramis, Tom Stoppard and Aaron Sorkin.

Adam Stein is one of the budding filmmakers vying for a million dollars to produce their film, on the reality show, On the Lot.
