Rachael Harris’ Biography:

Rachael Elaine Harris was born on January 12, 1968 in Worthington, Ohio. She attended Worthington High School and received a degree in theater from Otterbein College. Rachael has a had a successful film and television career as a comedian, appearing on highly popular programs like Frasier, Monk, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Reno 911!, According to Jim and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. She has worked on hit comedy films such as Kicking and Screaming with Will Ferrell and Starsky and Hutch with Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson. Rachael is once again gracing the small screen with her hilarious antics on the ABC sitcom, Notes from the Underbelly.

Cooper is portrayed by Rachael Harris on the sitcom Notes from the Underbelly. Being a successful divorce attorney, Cooper is not a firm believer in the eternal commitment that is marriage. Cooper shuns anything that has to do with marriage. She often says discouraging words, often about the subject of “motherhood,” to her married and secretly pregnant best friend, Laura.
