Last week's episode of Newport Harbor was full of the usual teen drama, this time revolving around the group of friends' highly-awaited prom night.  The episode had its ups and downs, and much of the drama stemmed from Chase's inability to decide which girl he truly wants to be in a relationship with.  Based on the preview of tomorrow's episode, it seems fans can expect to see more of the Allie-Chase-Taylor love triangle.

The preview opens with Chase and his on-off girlfriend Taylor, a sophomore at Newport High. Chase tells Taylor he had to pick and choose between her and Allie and that he is sorry he chose Allie.  For those who weren't able to catch last week's Newport Harbor, a Taylor-free Chase decided to take Allie to the prom, but when things started going well between the two former lovebirds, Taylor unexpectedly showed up at the after-party.  Needless to say, Taylor's presence sparked tension between Allie and Chase, especially after Allie caught Chase apologizing to Taylor for chasing her out of the party.

Since previews are also subject to editing, it is not clear at this point what exactly Chase is apologizing for when he talks to Taylor.   Is he apologizing for having taken Allie to the prom or for ultimately choosing Allie over Taylor?   Better yet, when Chase says he is sorry he chose Allie, does he mean he regrets picking Allie over Taylor?

The preview also shows Allie complaining about feeling suffocated in Newport Harbor, and says she is ready to leave town.  Cut to her having an argument with her father, with the subject of conversation being Allie's supposed trip to Europe.  After calling each other disrespectful, Allie walks out in a huff.

Viewers who are weary of the Allie-Chase-Taylor love triangle can always focus their attention on another budding relationship in Newport Harbor.  Having shared more intimate moments with Clay during the prom, Chrissy tells Sasha in the preview that she's sure Clay “will go in for the kill.”  The scene immediately cuts to Grant asking Clay if Chrissy is a virgin.

The sixth episode of Newport Harbor airs tomorrow night at 10:30pm ET/PT.
