After accusing her ex-husband Coyote Shivers of stalking and terrorizing her and another woman, Pauley Perrette, who plays the funky goth forensic examiner on the CBS series NCIS, continues to suffer the trouble of a happy marriage gone awry.  In a recent development, Shivers recently launched two videos via YouTube trying to discredit Perrette's accusations, saying that she is only setting him up to ruin his life.

Shivers, 42, is a Canadian-born musician who started dating Perrette in 1998 and married in 2000.  The two separated in 2004 and the divorce was finalized two years hence.  Prior to the NCIS star, he was married to actress and model Bebe Buell for five years.  The other woman implicated in the legal battle, Angela Garber, claims Shivers raped and sodomized her.

The musician is claiming that Perrette's case is merely a “screenplay” detailing the scenarios he is accused of.  Moreover, he reveals and reads from what he claims are emails from Garber who he says is still madly in love for him even up to a year after the date of the supposed incident.

Earlier in this messy legal battle, Perrette was able to obtain four consecutive restraining orders against Shivers courtesy of abusive behavior from him.  Meanwhile, his other ex-wife Buell, mother of actress Liv Tyler, also has a similar story of abuse and intimidation from Shivers during their five-year relationship.

According to those who've seen the video, Shivers appears wild and off-balanced, while wondering what motive would Perrette have in obtaining consecutive restraining orders after the divorce proceedings have been concluded.
