In Episode 7.161, “The Appearance of Strange Visitors,” Gai and Lee left town for a mission. However, two mysterious individuals sneaked into town disguised as Gai and Lee. They were not able to fool most of the people, but Naruto was one to fall for it. In fact, Naruto wanted to train with them! Meanwhile, Tsunade, Sakura, and Tenten plotted against these mysterious individuals.
In last Saturday's episode entitled “The Cursed Warrior,” we saw Naruto, Tenten, and Neji traveling to the Bird Country to finally face the ghost Noroimusha. In the second installment of Saturday's back-to-back, Naruto and the gang tried to prove that Koumei was behind the ghost apparitions. However, they also discovered some things that would add to the already complicated situation of things.
On Saturday, we'll get to see the continuing saga of the young ninja with “The Death of Naruto,” which will follow Naruto as he faces a death sentence for trespassing! Meanwhile on “Too Late for Help,” Naruto tries to investigate a closed case, the mystery of the Cursed Warrior, which he believes is yet unresolved.
Next week, we'll get to see another back-to-back episode starting off with “When Egrets Flap Their Wings,” which will follow Naruto as he discovers some truths about Lord Sagi and Lord Moso during the battle for the Land of the Birds. In the next episode, “When Time Stands Still,” Lord Sagi vows to avenge his father.
How will Naruto sort through these mysteries and keep his friends safe amidst the plotting minds of the enemies? Tune in to Cartoon Network on Saturday, 9pm for the next new episode of
Naruto's 7th season.
