Naruto with “Episode 158: Follow My Lead! The Great Survival Challenge followed by “Episode 159: The Bounty Hunter from the Wilderness.”
In “Follow My Lead! The Great Survival Challenge,”
Naruto is forced to lead Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon on a survival mission to Mount Takamuri. In the beginning,
Naruto struggles to get his troop organized and they appear to lag behind the other teams, who seem happy and enjoying themselves during the exercise.
When a storm causes the cancellation of the survival mission,
Naruto and his group remain the only ones unaware that the exercise has been scrapped.
Naruto leads them through a perilous short cut that requires each and every one of them to work together to ensure their survival.
Immediately after “Follow My Lead! The Great Survival Challenge” comes “The Bounty Hunter from the Wilderness.”
Naruto, Kiba and Hinata are dispatched to catch the thief Gosunkugi. In the course of their pursuit, the three discover that others are also on Gosunkugi's tail, eager to bring home the bounty riding on his head.
