Good news for
Naruto fans and Wii players out there. TOMY Corporation and D3Publisher of America, Inc. has teamed up to release yet another fun-filled Naruto game. D3, the publishers of interactive entertainment software, has recently announced that they have completed "Naruto: Clash of the Ninja Revolution 2," a fighting game designed specifically for the Wii.
The game, which is the first ever
Naruto Wii title aimed at the North American audience, is jam-packed with all the Naruto goodness that player and viewers have grown to love.
"The Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" will enable game enthusiasts to enjoy a collection of playable characters from the Naruto series through a polished and stable fighting engine. The game also provides an original storyline that not only takes from but also expands on the episodes of Viz Media's highly anticipated television series. The game supports widescreen (16:9) and has a progressive scan at 480p.
"Because Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is an original title for the U.S., we have had the opportunity to blend new features with the best elements from the previous games," director of consumer software at TOMY Corporation Laura Yoshioka says. "In addition to the new storyline, we have worked closely with the development studio, Eighting, to implement fan feedback."
Moreover, TOMY claims that they created the game with the audiences and players in mind. Yoshika continues, "We actively pursued advice from tournament players to update the fighting mechanics and create balanced characters to improve the gameplay experience."
"Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" will also give players a chance to use quality game mechanics through the fast-paced gameplay experience only found on the Wii. The game is set after Sasuke leaves the Leaf Village to gain more power from Orochimaru and features destructible stages and four-player multiplayer battles. Moreover, it will include previously unseen gameplay modes and characters in the Clash of Ninja series.
"Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2" will be released this fall, so check back for more updates on Naruto.
